Travis Felix

Doctor of Physical Therapy, Owner

Travis graduated from the University of Utah Department of Physical Therapy program in 2012 following the completion of a Bachelors degree in Spanish. Since that time, he has worked in both orthopedic outpatient and industrial physical therapy clinics. Travis loves helping people complete their goals, rehab and return to the activities they love. When not spending time with patients, Travis loves being with his family, golfing whenever he can, participating in a variety of sports, baking and traveling.

Alex Beecher

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Alex graduated in December 2020 from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah, with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He grew up in Harrisville, Utah where he attended Weber State University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Therapy. Alex enjoys working with a wide variety of patients, from helping athletes return to their sport, to working with older adults on balance and independent living. He believes there are few things as rewarding as watching patients progress and return to activities they love. Alex loves spending time with his wife and two girls, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, backpacking and participating in a variety of sports.

Aubrey Kusuda

Physical Therapy Assistant

Aubrey graduated in 2019 as a Physical Therapist Assistant and loves working with all types of patients through their rehabilitation process. She can’t imagine being in any other profession, or at any other clinic. She lives in Farr West, UT with her husband Nate, and their growing family. She enjoys being outdoors, camping, hiking, and finding new favorite foods.

Jose Herrera

Physical Therapy Assistant

My name is Jose Herrera, and I am a PTA. I was born and raised in southeast Idaho. I attended and graduated from Idaho State University. I have been working in rehab since 2019. My favorite part of physical therapy is seeing the progress patients make and the positive impact we can make. I have worked in multiple settings, with outpatient being my main setting. Outside of work I enjoy weightlifting, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my family.

Julie Martinez

Office Manager

Julie has been working at OTSP since March of 2012. She enjoys helping patients with their journey to full recovery, including insurance questions and financial concerns. Raised in Brigham City, Julie is married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, gardening, skiing & hockey.
